Well done you! 👍 Yeh, I was watching too much (depressing) news too and also felt a bit aimless going on my daily walks alone. Started searching for a more focused form of exercise and was so lucky to find C25K. 😀 Haven’t looked back since. Makes me feel so happy and the support on this forum is second to none! Enjoy! 😀
