So w1r2 is in the bag. My colleagues tell me that w3 is the killer. For now though I'm enjoying those endorphins!

W3 is not a killer, they are fibbing. It's a tough move up that's for sure. But you're ready as you say, endorphins are all a go go... enjoy it

Thanks Jan. I really am enjoying it. And the support of both app and forum is tremendous.

As Hidden said, week 3 is not a killer, there are no killer weeks! Mind you there are no easy weeks either, otherwise there'd be no point! Just remember "slow and steady" completes the program!

Thanks. I see you're on week 9 so I bow to your experience. Looking forward to getting there!

I echo that wk 3 is not a killer. Every week since starting C25K I've looked at the next week and worried that I couldn't do it, and every week it turns out that I can. The people who designed the programme knew what they were doing. Each change-up is a stretch, but you feel great when you achieve it.

Go for it!

(Having said that I'm facing 25 min runs by the end of this week and am still thinking I can't do it!)

If I remember reading correctly the guy who devised the programme over 20 years ago gave it to his mum who was in her sixties and used her as his guinea pig and she managed ok so there is no reason why you can't do it.

No killer weeks here! Some challenges occasionally but the programme gets you adequately ready for each one.

Follow the programme as is, trust yourself and the programme and graduation here you come.

Keep posting so that we can support and celebrate with you!

Ignore them...your colleagues..not the endorphins:)

Slow and steady moves you on...each run making you stronger... taking you gently onto the following weeks!

You will be ready for each run... and do not let the colleagues or the mind-gremlins or anyone else try to tell you otherwise...:)

This Old snail did it.. ( killer weeks .ha!)and nearly two years on.. still running and still having a blast!!! :)

Go you!
