Well week 5 is a rollercoaster!

So delighted to have completed it. Successfully.

Never thought I’d have run for 20 mins straight, EVER! Ecstatic ☺️

Nervous about week 6 though. Found starting back up after walks harder than maintaining the long run.

But delighted with progress.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K.

Take runs 1 and 2 of week 6 especially slowly because of the walking breaks, after those two runs its all plain sailing with no more walking breaks, just running.

Congratulations on getting through Week 5! It’s usually as big a mental hurdle as a physical one. Beware of Week 6 though as it can bite you on the proverbial.

It’s amazing how much we rely on those breaks to begin with but as we get deep into the plan they just become annoying! That is when you know you have become a runner! 👏👏👏

Thank you 👍🏻 yes, about the breaks, can’t believe that’s where I’m at, then getting in my way 😂

Oh my I’ve never thought I could say I am a runner! So exciting.
