Completed the above and was hoping I was going to find not as difficult or as challenging asi have got this far but it was harder / seemed longer than W6R3 no idea why ! Breathing not an issue , paced my self , did not try to run fast ! Still a struggle ! Very conscious of push to keep going !!
Nevertheless did it and just want to feel that ease when running so it’s less strenuous and more enjoyable!
