So I've just completed Week 6 Run 2. Decided o only track the main section on Strava. This was a mistake as I now feel really disheartened that I only covered 2.34km in 23 mins. I feel like I will never be able to run the full 5k. Please tell me I'm not the only one!

Snap! I only installed Strava this week - I’m on the same run and covered exactly the same distance.

Surely we just have to think of the progress we’ve made so far. 60 seconds was hard for me at first!

That's a very good point! We have come so far and we will get there eventually!

I feel exactly the same way, but I've decided to focus on getting fitter and building stamina as well as the sheer mental exercise of believing I can do this. The end game in week 9 is to run for 30 minutes - the program seems time based - so once I graduate I will then focus on maybe running further and/or faster. For now, I trust in the program!

You're doing soooooooo well - you should be very proud of how far you'vecome in such a short time!
