Definitely! I’m 55 and have completed C25K before when I was 50. I loved it and ended up doing 4 miles a day till life & elderly parents got in the way. I’ve started again at nearly 56 & I’m on Week 2 Run and although I can do it, it’s so much harder. Repeat if you have to - you’re still getting out exercising, moving more than before and it’s not set in stone that you can’t repeat a run. Good luck!
