I would like a little advice pleas. I have just completed w2r3, I keep a steady but low pace. Is this ok or am I suppose to be running quicker each run. I may have simply missed this, but if anyone can set me straight. Thanks in advance.

Slower the better. I'm running slower on Wk 3 than I did Wk1. Check out the Japanese slow running on you tube. Running slower will help you run for longer as you progress.

No you are not meant to run quicker each time you run, slow and steady is the mantra slogan here on C25K, this course is not a training course for the SAS, just keep your steady and slow pace, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 2, onwards and upwards to week 3
