I can’t believe that I have completed the final run on C25K ...... and I feel great.

I have never run in my whole life until I started this challenge 9 weeks ago and I can’t recommend it enough. I’m 57 and have every intention to keep going now, especially in lock down when I can’t get out on the water 🏄🏻‍♀️ my true passion.
