I started my journey to recover my long lost fitness back in October 2018, first by loosing weight and then by increasing my exercise mostly by walking, but I always had the thought in the back of my mind how good it would be if I could run again, but the thought also scared me until I found this app and decided I had nothing to loose and everything to gain so gave it a go.
Did my last run of the program this morning, running 5.49 Km in the 30mins with a 5km time of 27.23 so I’m feeling very happy......thank you C25K. Now I’m just going to keep on running 😊
