So buzzing I've completed Week 4 though my routes are quite hilly so think I'm making it a little harder for myself.
Weirdly the first two runs feel good it's the last two I struggled with so I'm hoping next week the less gaps I'll just be able to carry on 😁 excited that by next week I'll be running for 20 minutes

Well done on your progress! If the second half of the session feels harder, try dropping your pace just a little. Better to complete the runs at a slightly slower pace at this stage - pace will increase naturally as you progress.
