Just finished W3 R3. It was drizzling rain π§ so I count this as my first run in the rain. (Arenβt rain runs a sign of a serious runner? π )
Energy levels a bit down, but I forgot my hair scrunchy so my wild hair look π probably made up for it.
Ankles, calves, feet, back check, all brill. My back seems to be getting stronger. There used to be times where only a 30 min walk gave me back aches.
But I did notice I probably have to focus on my style as I still fall into the heels first technique, and that probably has caused some of my knee pains in my off days?
I have taken now 2 days recouperation between all runs in W3, and this seems to be perfect for me.
Upwards and onwards.
