The 2nd 3 minute run was the hardest yet. Once again thank you for this plan. I would have stopped but I pushed through it and completed it. Ready for the day and gearing up to go back to work. This has helped me get back into a normal routine. I feel much more positive. If you are thinking of starting this, just get up and do it. That is the hardest part. Onwards..
