Finished it today, much harder than run 1 for some reason- but I’m sticking with it. Feeling like I’m close to the end now and just wondering how to spend more of the run in that clear headspace. I find that the first half is torture, 10 mins is blissful and then the last bit is hard again! I’m a chronic over thinker though so I think this is the main issue
