Good evening,

I managed Run 2 today, was slightly surprised that I was running for 8min twice with a 5 min walk in between, but I managed it, you really dont realise how much you improve. Rest day tomorrow so hopefully thursday will go well. Getting there... Yes πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done, I have the same run tomorrow I'm dreading it tbh. 8 mins of running seems a long time.

I thought the same as I didn't realise until I turned my app on, which was probably a good thing lol...

You will be fine, just slow and steady and breath, I got a wee stitch at the end on my first run xx

Don't dread any run....that will not help you to perform well.
