Im doing this for the 3rd time. 1st time got to wk8, 2nd time got to wk3, currently on wk4. I'm just taking each run as it comes, not necessarily moving up after 3 repeats, mostly been doing 4 repeats. I'm fat and 50, got to take it easy. Stay safe all x
