But I don’t know how as 8mins almost had me on my knees and today I literally skipped through my non stop 20mins run this morning, so much so I felt I could have kept going for another 20 (well probably not) but I’m still sat here thinking how did I do that !
This programme and support is genius, thank you everyone from a total and ‘I mean never ran in my life runner 🏃♀️
I took all your advice on board and it worked. I slowed my pace a little and the difference was ... well ... 8mins to 20mins and some left in the tank.
Can you tell I’m still buzzing 🤣

Omg you did amazing!!! As someone whose on week 4 and found it tough but still did it, this gives me so much hope!!! Well done you!!! I guess you can say your officially a runner 😃
Honestly I’ve been so sceptical about the whole thing after reading other ‘total non runners’ stories thinking some of us are going to find it easier than others as that’s natural but I was one that definitely struggled, literally week 3 and I could barely get the time.
I’m still in shock, my legs & breathing just came together (I’m thinking it’s a fluke 🤣) I did make a conscious effort to start slow, I found a really comfortable pace and off I went.
I’ve got to complete the programme then I’ll call myself a runner!
