Morning, so I am looking for any tips. I ran 25 mins end of week 6, felt great. Week 7 run 1 completed, struggled in the middle going uphill couple mins but still felt great to complete.
Week 7 run 2 struggled to 20 mins then had to stop.
Weel 7 run 3 just couldnt get going, managed about 10 minutes really disheartened😭
Repeat week 7 or go back to week 6?

I really struggled with W7. My brain was shocked at the idea of continuously keeping going! 😂
Try slowing right down so you have that feeling of...
“ I could go much faster if I wanted to, but I am choosing not to.” Then just chug along gently. Maybe a playlist of favourite music would be a good distraction- I often used to think “I’ll just run for this track....and this one...”
Be well hydrated on all days, not just run days. 😄
