Just finished W9 R1 feels great to know Ivan fun for 30mins even though miles awY from 5k but that will come hopefully. Bought new running trainers thought I would give them ago.

As I started thought I had made a huge mistake knee hurt foot hurt sock not on straight but after I got going all was ok think I was just a bit anxious.

Onwards and upwards to R2 on Tuesday fingers crossed R3 Thursday
