I got as far as week 9 run 1 and was coping with it very well. Really on top of it and into it also.
I started a new job a month ago and havnt been running in that time. (Arable farming, very long hrs)
So yesterday I had a day off and took the kids out to the park. Their mother has been taking them there everyday in lockdown for a run about to get some exercise. We took it in turns to run the boundary of the cricket pitch. To say I struggled I’d an understatement. My legs went to jelly. I could hardly breath!.....I was really shocked! How can that be!?? It’s as if it has all gone out of the window. Very down about it!...and worse still lost my drive to start again!🙁

It took me two years to finally get to week 9 run 3! so don't be so hard on yourself.
We all have good and bad runs. Also lockdown means we are not doing as much as we normally would in everyday life anyway I know my pace is well off at the moment.
The most important thing is getting out there and doing it. Think back 9 weeks and what you have achieved.
Also running short times in bursts is different from running for 30 mins.
