8 minutes felt quite hard, but I managed it and even went a very tiny bit faster for the final 60 seconds of the second run. It was quieter this morning too - though quite a few people doing circuits in the park - running, then doing burpees, running more, then doing push ups etc. I think I'll just stick to the running for the moment...

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 5, those people you saw doing those other excersises are doing what we call High Intensity Interval Circuit Training, the more advanced ones as well, you maybe like them soon, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 5. 🏃🏾 👍
