Keeping motivated Week 7+

I have just finished Week 6 Run 3, 25 minutes! I never would have believed it 36 days ago that I could do it.

I know I’m still a beginner and that this is very early on in my jogging journey but I feel like the rest of the course is going to feel very repetitive. Does anyone have any tips to keep the motivation going?

I think I may choose a different voice for each run just to mix it up a bit :)

Well done, you are doing great.

Find a distraction so that you are not thinking about either time nor the physicality of running.

Many people find comedy podcasts help.

I used to give myself a running commentary of everything I could see, hear, smell and feel as I ran.

It worked for me.

Thanks for these tips, a nice funny/interest podcast may work well. I'll give it a try on Monday.
