Sorry about you not being able to complete that run but you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, have a extra day off running and run it a little slower than you did today, good luck. 👍 🏃🏾

Don’t worry as long as you continued with the rest of it and walked and ran then that’s fine as you will be able to do as long as you don’t give up 👍.

Maybe try going even slower as I have found that helps me massively !!

Slow slow slow - google Japanese Slow Jogging - it’s really good and very easy to follow and to me it makes sense

Good luck in your next run 👍🌷

But you got to week 4 and completed most of it, so pat on the back for you ! Congratulate yourself for what you do, and don’t beat yourself up ! 👋👋👋 keep going , I am very early on so all of the posts of people struggling but achieving gives me hope 😂

I'm still very pleased with what i achieved, and only makes me more determined for run 2.

I am in a similar position, we did week 4 run 1 yesterday. We did complete it, but my 14-year-old son wanted to quit because he got an awful stitch! Well done for getting as far as you did, try again next time X

Well done for getting out and trying and getting very close! I just did my W4R1 yesterday and seriously nearly gave up on the first 5 minutes. But something clicked in my head about distracting myself (which is the big key for me to keep moving). I've had to repeat a run along the way and a couple of things helped me that picked up from the community and my coach Jo Whiley. So now I manically sing along in my head to the songs I am listening to, repeat over and over again "I am doing this for me, I am going to feel great", even "I love running!" (which makes me laugh as I am really not there yet!) and remembering that I thought 3 min was going to be unsurmountable the week before. Jo also said something that helped. Its the points when we push ourselves, those are the points that build our fitness. It was hard as hell, but now that I have done it I know I can do it again. I am also really concentrating on stretching before (as well as after) as prone to stiff calves. Anyway, you have done brilliantly, and you can do this. x
