Not too bad at all

I completed Week 2 on Tuesday and was not really looking forward to Week 3 as it was a jump to 3 mins. I was thinking I wouldn't be able to breath, but to all of you out there who are doubting yourselves, all I can say is, the first 3 mins is the toughest, I thought oh my god I'm not going to be able to complete it as I was really breathing heavy, but I heard a voice in my head saying slow and I done it. I'm looking forward to saturday now 😊
