Pushed myself to do the day 2 back to back. Feel exhausted but all the better for it.

Not sure what you are saying but if you ran on consecutive days, this is not a good idea as you increase your risk of injury. 'Rest' days are an integral part of the programme. Read the Guide for lots of great advice :)
