I started my running journey back in 2012, and successfully completed the programme. And I loved it. I haven’t stopped singing its praises since. I then came back 4 years ago in 2016 to do it all again but failed miserably. And now 2020, the year that will be looked back upon as the year of the great corona lockdown, I have decided to try this for the 3rd time. Today I have completed week 2 run 1 - beautiful day, no cars, no people, just myself and a lot of sun and trees. I completed week 1 sporadically over the last couple of weeks, but now I’m serious again.. so here we go!

Welcome to the forum and well done on your decision.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Enjoy your journey.

Good job! I would suggest that you need discipline at this stage; book your runs in and go out and do them- no excuses. The more you run, the better you feel. Having done this before, you know how great the programme and running are. :)
