Just back from this run. Another glorious day. Not complaining but a tad hot for running. Luckily there is a patch of woodland on my route that casts a shadow on the road and so I repeatedly ran up and down there for the 8 minute segment.
I ignored the sheep that were giggling and saying “There’s that numpty that fell the other day”
That’s another one under my belt!
That just made me chuckle. 😂Not the fact that you fell over but the fact that you understand sheep. You should take that talent on BGT. On a serious note well done. I’m sat in my back garden and the heat is amazing. Still yet to do my run today but I don’t think it’s going to be an easy one. Good luck with the rest of the program. 😁
