It took me longer than 9 weeks , I am still slow and I still find it hard but the C25k programme and this forum are amazing. Whenever I needed motivation I would read others posts and realise I was not alone in how I felt and could see that others had carried on and got through.
I started on January 1st , a few weeks before my 69th birthday having never run before . The reason was that my daughter had registered us both for the Race for Life in Cardiff on 5th July 2020. We then had 3 storms and Covid19 !!
Presuming the Race for Life will be postponed I will now have to try to keep running π

I am hoping the Races for Life will be back next year, as I too was planning one this June. Ah well just have to keep running until we get back to normal!
