I wondered what to do for my graduation run, In the end I went back to my old route to crack a hill that had become a bit of a bogeyman. what a difference a couple of weeks make. I think now I will have to find a 10k to sign up for in about 10 weeks time to keep the momentum and incentive going. 😊
