Ha! I've done my first run this morning. It's good to be up & out and, I'm not going to lie, I found it hard going but, I'm just pleased I've done something! My motivation is weight loss. I need to get some confidence back. Go for it & best of luck x

We can provide advice, support, consolation and cheers, but motivation has to come from you..........there is only one person who can make you do this and only one person who will stop you..........you will do it if you want to improve your fitness and mental well being..........you won't if you don't really want to.
