Just completed week 1 but found each run harder only just completed run 3.tured this a feed years ago but decided to repeat weeks, then didn’t finish so going to just follow the plan.

It doesn't matter how hard you found it- you did it so no need to repeat. You are ready for week 2 and steady progression is the key to keeping you motivated. Rather than saying, 'I only just managed to finish', in a sad little voice; confidently tell yourself (and anyone else who will listen) 'I have successfully completed week 1'.

and explains the recommended pace..........you need to be able to speak clear, ungasping sentences as you go........if you can't, you are going too fast.
Keeping up the momentum is crucial...........only repeat sessions that you do not fully complete.
