Completed C25K Yippee i

I have just completed C25K W9R3 - 5.5K in 41 minutes !

I could believe I had actual made it to 5K so kept going to make sure ......

I look forward to my first 5K Parkrun , in the meantime , I will continue to jog run three times a week to maintain my hard work . Thank you to all the people who have told their stories of their challenges , you inspired me to push-on and achieve today’s target 5K non- stop YES
