I have an under active thyroid which is well medicated but I still suffer from daily fluctuations of overwhelming tiredness. I want to do more but feel as though I am pushing myself (when I really am not). I think I eat quite well and stay hydrated but it is never ending. Any advice welcome. I am 53, female

I also have an under active thyroid and know its so difficult. Have you been tested recently as med levels change. I think different things work for different people but I found eating small amount spaced through the day helped and after a process of trial and error I couldn’t tolerate alot of carbs. Fingers crossed and running will help. I just go really slow! 😀

Hi, it’s been a while since tested, will follow that up after lockdown ends. Interested in the carbs point. I do love bready things but maybe they love me less. I will apply some willpower 😑 to that. If I can achieve slow and steady that would be great. Thanks for replying.
