Yesterday I didn’t manage Day3 Week6 run...25 mins! A mental blockage and just didn’t feel ready for that increase.
Today, I returned to Day 1 Week 5 and found it ‘easy’ which was a massive boost. Also, I know I did the right thing by going back a week to continue building up my stamina.
My advise if your struggling, don’t push yourself and berate for not being able, just go back a stage and repeat. This programme is my second go, and it does work. 😊
