I started couch to 5k this week, so far I have done 2 runs but can only run for 5 of the 8 1 minute runs.
I’ve had a rude awakening as I didn’t realise how unfit I was!
I’m more than happy to repeat runs but what I’d like to know is do I need to do a full week (3 runs) of completing the runs or do I move on to the next week once I can finish it once?
I’m not in any rush as long as I’ve realised it will take me longer than 9 weeks!
Any advice would be gratefully received 😀

Congratulations on starting C25K Rosie0806, don't worry about the amount of times you have to run week 1, there are many runners who have had to repeat week 1 several times and graduated once they ran run 3 of week 9 🏃 😊.
You need to complete each session in full three times before moving on to the next 'week' - so you've definitely got three more outings with this session. Progress isn't always linear - boy did I struggle with this session, didn't complete as many runs as you first time out... but once I'd cracked it, the following 'weeks' went much more smoothly.
Welcome. Well done getting out there and started. I treated this as 27 runs and would repeat any I didn’t complete fully. Run nice and slowly... we become runners here, we don’t start off as such. It doesn’t matter if you finish this in 9 weeks or 29 weeks... the end result is a fitter, healthier, happier you just the same... all you have to do is keep going to those start lines. Enjoy your journey.
Do all 3 runs each week as this builds stamina. Don’t worry that you can’t manage it straight away, you can always repeat a week if you feel you need to. But keep at it!! That’s the main thing, it really does work. Good luck
