Well it's official, week 1 run 2 completed and I have my first blister... Surely that means I am a true runner now?? 😂

Snap! Second run for me of week 1, blister on my right heel. Thighs are aching!

Lol - possibly 😂

Do check your trainers for slippage and possibly invest in double skinned socks such as Hillys - they help reduce blistering.

Hope it heals quickly.

On a separate note, the skin on your feet will begin to toughen in a few weeks time - you might need something to remove the skin as it can be painful. I use a ped egg 🥚

I'll look to invest in some decent socks then, hard to get any with the lockdown just now but I'll try my best. In the meantime I've bough compeed plasters to try sooth my wee heel 😂
