This is my third attempt , I'm not sure what happened last time, I made it to week 6 and then family illness and general life distracted me. So I have started my lockdown runs and just finished week 2. Finding it hard as I usually run on flat footpaths around the fields but they are too busy to feel safe, so I'm running alongside the A58 instead, which has quite an incline which I am struggling with, but its easier to keep the distancing, so this time I am hoping I can just keep on working through it all. Glad to have this forum and to be able to feel part of something in these strange times

Well done for getting back to it - its a great thing to do to clear your head, I find. I sympathise with you having a hill involved but on the bright side, you will be all the stronger for it! Keep on to the finish this time - you know you can do it!
