So this jigglypuff just actually ran 20mins non stop and not to brag but felt like I could keep going!!!!
Obviously hated it at the start, and the drinking last night floored my get up and go 😂 however I went!
Been so impressed with the programme, when ever I’ve tried to get moving I end up injured but the design of the program had built up the strength in my bad calf and knee!
Keep going guys!!!

Such a milestone! The runs from here won’t be easy, but for me I always told myself “you did 20 minutes, you can do this too!” The next two runs were a refreshing return to intervals for me, so enjoy them bc they’re your last intervals in the program 😁 you got this!
I'm a year (one a lot of kilometers) on from that run and I still remember the satisfaction of getting that 20 minutes under my belt. Well done on your achievement.
Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is as everyone says a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊
I did my week 5 run 3 today too! I was pretty nervous but kept going and so chuffed to finish it! Week 6 run 1 on Tuesday. Good luck for that but think we got this now 🥳
