Only a little run today

Sometimes I don’t want to run very far and today was one of those days. I know it makes me look lazy but I enjoyed it.

Well done, a glass of wine with lunch seems a good idea. Been for a walk then did some mowing. 4 to 5 k tomorrow, done 7.2 k so far this week.
