Hi I’m new here I’m on my third eeek to C25K and evening thou it’s been hard and I had to push myself somtimes I really want to finish I have a herniated back disc but I’m noticing if I don’t exercise I go stiff the hardest place for me to lose weight is my thighs and gut hoping continuing will Mean I lose weight on my hardest parts I just wanted to say hello 👋 and I’m looking forward to getting to know people and watch there achievements
