The programme is absolutely fantastic, don't get disheartened if you don't lose weight straightaway, but I bet you lose inches, I wish I had taken measurements before I started, maybe you can? Within a few short weeks you will be feeling the benefits, good luck and keep us posted

Agree with Berksrover. Not seen any weight loss through running alone but shape change yes. To actually lose lbs I’ve had to get back on full SlimmingWorld as I had maintained for too long and was starting to put back on even though I’ve been running. Cheating too much! Healthy eating + exercise = weight loss and fitness 😊 Good luck!
