I’m going on my first run in the morning!! Any tips 😁

Doing this to lose some weight, anyone in a similar position? 😁

Welcome to what is the most supportive and informative forum I have ever been in. The programme is absolutely fantastic, don't get disheartened if you don't lose weight straightaway, but I bet you lose inches, I wish I had taken measurements before I started, maybe you can? Within a few short weeks you will be feeling the benefits, good luck and keep us posted

I have managed to lose weight but I changed my eating habits at the same time so not sure what contributed to what weight wise5, but my improved fitness, increased stamina, reduced resting heart rate and stronger mental attitude I definitely put down to the programme

Agree with Berksrover. Not seen any weight loss through running alone but shape change yes. To actually lose lbs I’ve had to get back on full SlimmingWorld as I had maintained for too long and was starting to put back on even though I’ve been running. Cheating too much! Healthy eating + exercise = weight loss and fitness 😊 Good luck!
