Week 8 run 1... upped the stride a bit, was more of a shuffler before, as I'd had bother with shin splints, and am pleased to say I managed just fine, and the extra 3 mins seemed easy... just 5 more runs to graduate ! Who would have thought it?

That’s great going well done you .ive been out just now as well just a couple of runs behind you

Upped it because you said you had done over 3k, in less minutes...I did manage the 3k today so will feel more confident in increasing the stride more, as no bother with shin splints this time... thank you for your support!

That’s great ,good to hear your increasing the pace ,I did just over 3 km today in 25 .30

Well done Rigsy, looks like you’re in good form for reaching that 30 minutes, take care 🤗

Well done! I’m at the same stage as you. I did my first wk 8 run yesterday and found it ok. I’m still going very slow mind not sure I’m ready to up my pace. Not long til you graduate
