I’m on W7 run 1and have had a calf weakness throughout my training. I’m used to having to rest& revisit previous weeks again because of this problem. However, I’ve pulled it again today, any advice? Should I run less? Not at all? I’m so frustrated, I’ve never been a runner& I’ve really enjoyed this programme! Help please!

Hi Singingbee, I’m sorry that you’re injured again. But you are going to need to rest. YouTube has quite a few videos on fixing sport injuries. My favourite channel for runners is “The Run Experience” which as lots of videos on fixing injuries and how to prevent the injuries coming back. Hope this helps.
I have a weak calf, you need to do exercises to strengthen it! You will need to rest, at least 2 weeks. Build up slower. I completely tore mine at one point, I had to quit all my sports. Hence why I’m here doing this nearly 18month after the injury. Compressing it whilst running helps, you can get a sleeve thing too x
