Did my 1st week. So excited about this!

Mortified that I’ll sabotage myself so joined this for some accountability I guess.

Did I say I was excited?? 🙃

Good for you! Completing C25k is one of the best things that I have done for myself in a long time. Running has now become an important part of who I am as the benefits of running go far beyond the rewards of just feeling fitter. Good luck on your journey.
