Welcome. Absolutely right, getting of that couch is the main thing... and the hardest bit of the plan.
Breathing is something you do all day without thinking about it... which is also very much possible during a run. Slow down if you can’t get your breath, the best pace to do this at is one where you can talk in ungasping full sentences.
