Keeping Consolidating

🌸Creaky start to my run and I seriously thought I might have to pull up. Slight downhill seemed to attack my knee with a knife. Strangely, the uphill seemed to right everything and my mind wandered away.

I’m consolidating on the 6k route I’ve become happy with. And now, a rest over the weekend 😊

Stay well VRBs 🌸

With my meniscus problem thingy, I am finding downhill hurts more than uphill too - might be worth getting a quick check up when you can?

Yes, definitely a physio visit would be good.

Although, it is generally much better. Just the odd thing aggravates it. I don’t know if you find this, but sometimes I’m just waiting for it to give a substantial click- then it seems to relieve it for a while 😊

Ooh take care of that knee. That sounds like a good distance you are doing. Well done. 💃👍👏

Well done Comfort. I'm glad your knee seems to have righted itself. 😊
