Just started week 3 after not doing anything since Jan I think. Too dark too cold too tired too anything to avoid it. I got up I worked out how to put my music on at the same time as Jo Wiley π I know I know a child could do it π€. I did slow jogging for the first time and it is AMAZING it works and I could have gone for longer !!! So now its me and Florence and the Machine and Jo Wiley every other day to slow jogging

Yep, slow is definately the way to go at this stage - the focus should be on running for all the timed intervals and pace is really not important, I promise (although you will find you speed up naturally as you get fitter).
