No running since 9th March - how far back do I go to restart?

Hey there everyone. I was doing so well! Was due to do W5R2 on 11th March and sadly fell off a horse that morning and stuffed my back. Been taking it easy and although it isn't 100% yet, I'm chafing at the bit to get back into my trainers (forgive the horsey reference .... bloody horses!) and I'm wondering where in the plan I should go back to. Another C25K over-50 woman I know had a sudden back issue and she was told to go back to the start but only do each week's runs once rather than 3 times. Would love your thoughts please! Many thanks 🙏🏻🐎😷

To help avoid further injury, I would say the prudent thing to do is to restart the whole thing. But it's probably not what you want to hear.

So, perhaps restart W3 and see how you get on?

I'm ok with prudent. Thanks!

Getting old sucks! I used to fall off horses regularly as a kid. Practically bounced right back on them quick as I could with no injury ever. Sigh!
