I haven’t run for 5 weeks, how do go about getting back to running 5K please.

First and foremost... just get out there! Do your warm up walk, start running and see how you get on. Commit to at least 15 mins and see how you feel.

Much of your hesitation is just self-doubt. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised 👍🏻😁

Set your 3 run days a week and stick to them. Don’t let gremlins talk you out of running as you’ll just be annoyed with yourself. Book a race. Go to parkrun. Good luck!

Just get out there and give it a go you might surprise yourself. Just run with an open mind and see how it goes. I recently had 3 weeks off and it made virtually no difference just a little more tiring.
