For someone who usually works 70 hours a week+, had to self isolate due to asthma. Hubby suggested we start running. Yesterday was run 1 and with the help of Sarah Milligan- I loved every minute of it.

Been doing the coach to 5 K since last July and it has changed my life. I absolutely love it. So many reasons why. I’m out in the fresh air, Got great exercise routine, can run anywhere at anytime, lost weight, feel fantastic, once you have the outfit and accessories it’s free. The fact that I can continue with my running routine despite all the restrictions at the moment is keeping my spirits up. Love it, love it, love it and to anyone just starting, keep going and enjoy. 😊😊

Omg how can you work 70+ hours a week ??

You certainly need a hobby , but good that you chose to try and keep fit

Keep it up , life is for living

I’m a paramedic so I work long gruelling weeks usually, but currently in isolation. I needed something to keep me busy!
