Hi just go back to whatever week you think you would be most comfortable doing and if need be go right back to week one. You can do any of the runs as many times as it takes you to feel comfortable doing it. Remember it’s your goal and whatever it takes to get you through is right for you. Just remember to enjoy it. Good luck hope you keep well.
Essentially, after that short a break and not due to an injury or illness, just carry on from where you left off. (I suppose you might want to repeat the last run you did if you are in one of the few weeks that ramps up ie Week 5) A lot of people are terrified of 'failure' on a run - but being comfortable with that is far more important and useful than completing a run 'comfortably'.
However, a big part of the programme is developing the habit of running so no harm done from starting further back or from the beginning.
The programme is one of the safer ways you could get back to exercise post-virus, especially with the non-running days which allow you to assess the impact, but do take care if you were actually ill with Covid19.
Like AH said, you shouldn't have lost any fitness over a two week break, but you may feel more confident, restarting from the week before you stopped.
